Probably the most well known, but most misunderstood: hypnosis is known to help people change hard-to-break habits. The subconscious mind is a powerful ally when it is aligned with your goals. When it is not, the beliefs lying hidden therein can create a self sabotaging dynamic that gets in the way of living powerfully. Hypnosis helps reset those beliefs, allowing people to change deeply entrenched habits and behaviors. 


In a hypnosis session, I will educate you about what hypnosis is and does and go over what you can expect. In the initial session, we will look closely at your concern and we will set goals. I will facilitate you to a deep level of relaxation. and then I will conduct the hypnosis session.


During hypnosis, you become comfortably relaxed and receptive to the goals you have created with me. My mission is to create a safe environment for your subconscious mind to do it's powerful work. After the session, you will awaken revitalized and refreshed! You will be amazed at how good you feel after a hypnosis session. I offer both progressive muscle relaxation inductions, and the rapid induction if preferred.
